Two Pipe Forming Technologies

Gasparini roll forming lines for downpipes are available in two configurations:

Seamed Tube

• Suitable for multiple metals
• Thickness: 0.5 mm ÷ 0.8 mm
• Dimensions: Ø60 ÷ Ø120
• Production speed: up to 20 m/min

Welded Tube

• Ideal for applications requiring strong, seamless joints
• Thickness: 0.5 mm ÷ 1.0 mm
• Speed: from 6 m/min to 8 m/min, depending on diameter

Advanced Welding Systems

Gasparini integrates high-efficiency welding technologies to ensure durability and product quality:

• TIG welding: delivers solid, stress-resistant welds
• Laser welding: provides deep, precise welds with minimal thermal deformation — optimizing the aesthetic and mechanical result
