Roll Forming TWIN

Roll forming TWIN systems are used to reach greater flexibility, very fast profile section changing.
Thanks to the TWIN systems, the dimensions of a profile can be varied while maintaining the same shape, without making changes to the set of rolls. This happens thanks to rollformer composed of two parts divided with independent cantilevered shafts on which the rolls are assembled. The displacement between the cassettes is determined in such a way as to forming the sheet according to the required dimensions.
In this way the downtime is reduced to a minimum, allowing very quick production changing.
Roll forming TWIN systems can process sheet metal from strip or sheets and integrate auxiliary technologies to create the complete product, such as: punching system, cutting system, welding islands, unloading, handling and packaging systems.
