Gasparini roll forming lines are used to manufacture the full supporting structure of industrial and commercial sectional doors, including tracks, connecting rails, angles, panels, and other structural profiles. Our machines start processing directly from coil, handling materials like: galvanized steel and pre-painted steel.

Each line is configured according to the type of profile:

• Panels: typical thickness of 0.5 mm to 0.6 mm / 24-22 gauge, coil width around 800 mm / 31,49”, with finished panel width of approx. 600 mm / 23,62”
• Structural parts: thickness ranges from 1 mm to 2.5 mm / 18-10 gauge, with coil width usually below 600 mm / 23,62”
