  • Profile parameters can be stored and reused for future production runs.
• Roll forming lines for hedgehog profiles, manufactured using PRO and REVOLVER systems, support:

• Thickness: 0.5 mm ÷ 0.8 mm / 23-20 gauge
• Production speed: from 720 m/h (2370 ft/h) up to 1200 m/h (3950 ft/h), based on strip width (333 mm / 13,11”) and profile length (6000 mm / 236,22”)
