Roll Forming REVOLVER

The systems that use REVOLVER roll forming allow the creation of different profiles by automatically changing the sets of rolls for sheet metal processing. The rollformer is characterized by stands that can have up to 4 different sets of rolls. The system through the rotation of the shafts present in the stands permits to change the product, making the system highly performing. The spaces required for equipment are also o optimized compared to other systems for the same number of different products . The roll forming system is highly automated and practically does not require manual interventions for profile changes and related adjustments.
The Gasparini REVOLVER systems are controlled and managed by internally developed software ensuring maximum reliability. The lines use all the technologies useful to complete the production process upstream and downstream of the roll forming starting from the decoiler and straightening of the sheet metal and then moving on to punching, welding, cutting, handling and packaging, according the final products.
