The Production Process: Roll Forming, Punching and Cutting
The line integrates all production stages in sequence to obtain a finished component ready for assembly:
- Strip feeding — the coil is uncoiled and straightened before entering the roll forming station.
- Punching — holes for connection to uprights are produced inline with strict positional tolerances, a critical factor to ensure component interchangeability and correct load transfer.
- Cold roll forming — a series of roll forming stations with shaped rollers progressively bends the strip until the final section is achieved (C profile).
- Cutting — the profile is cut to the programmed length, delivering diagonal braces ready for use without further processing.
